40 Push-ups
30 Bent Over DB Rows (15 each)
40 Burpees
30 Bent Over DB Rows (15 each)

* Rx- 25 Strict Handstand Push-up

Shoot to complete this workout in 15mins or less. Scale your push-ups to an elevated surface like a couch or wall to maintain full range of motion and intensity. If you don't have a weight load a bookbag with water bottles or books and perform a double hand snatch for 45 reps and the bent over rows for 40 total reps.
